Gala Dinner with food warmers “swedish table” with bemar (bain-marie)
Starter: goose breast with cranberries, caesar salad with salmon, salad with baked pumpkin, goat cheese and honey
Soup: boletus cream, polish soup “żurek” with sausage and egg,
Dishes: baked pears, figs with blue cheese and nuts, roasted duck leg, pork ham cutlets, Salmon fillet, polish dumplings “kopytka” or “silesian” dumplings, boiled and fried potatoes, jasmine rice, beetroot and spinach prepared warm, white radish salad,
Deser: chocolate brownie, apple pie, filleted fruit, fruit tartlets, coffe, tea, drinks
Alcohol: for each table 2 bottles of white wine + 2 bottles of red
payment of other alcohol in the hotel drink bar, open until 12.00 p.m. by card

Price: 220,- zł/1 person
Fee: payment for the "gala dinner" can be made until 31.01.2025 by traditional bank transfer to the account: mBank 05 1140 2004 0000 3102 8355 4504 or by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. In the title of the payment, enter "gala dinner - participant's name and surname". No possibility of payment at the exhibition.
