·         Sending cat's entry via on-line or e-mail is equivalent with an acceptance of processing and publication of personal data by the organizer of the show – Elitarny Klub Kota Rasowego - as defined in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). Personal data will be published in show catalogue.

 

SECTORS FOR EXHIBITORS

 • Cages will be prepared in sectors.

• The exhibitors choose cages in the sector, according to the number of entered cats. For each cat is designed the single cage, size about 60x55x65 cm, unless it has been made payment for a double cage.

• The duty of the owner is to place the catalog number on cage, from the visitors side, in prominent place.

 • The numbers of cages will be enclosed in the envelopes with other documents of the show, received at the entrance.

PAY FOR SHOW

·         For the first time you can pay for show by  PAYU fast transfer.

·         You can pay by VISA card, MasterCard, Maestro card and fast transfer. ALL KIND OF PAYMENT ARE FREE OF COMMISSION.

·         During registration the cat for show in the last step there is available link to direct payment by PAYU. This link is also in e-mail with confirmation of entry, you can use it anytime and make a payment.

·         We would like to kindly remind you: ALL PAYMENT BY PAYU ARE FREE OF COMMISSION AND IMMEDIATE ALSO FOR FOREIGN EXHIBITORS

 

SHOW RULES:

  • All FIFe rules and rules of Felis Polonia are valid and applicable.
  •  Only cats that are at least 4 months old, included in the show catalogue and positively vet-checked will be admitted into the show venue (FIFe Show rules 3.3).
  • In case of changing the class during the show it is obligatory to show the originals of diplomas and jugment cards to get the right for changing of the class in the secretariat.
  • The selling of cats and kittens during the show is strictly forbidden. Exhibitors selling kittens in the show venue will be removed from the show and the cats will be registered as absent (even if the cat has already been judged).
  • House cat must be neutered.
  • The judges' decision is final and undisputable. (FIFe Show rules 6.13).
  • Cats are judged only at appointed time.
  • Cats will be placed in numbered cages and they must be inside them during the entire show(FIFe Show rules 1.15 c).
  • Changes in the number or the assigned cage will eliminate that cat from the show. (FIFe Show rules 3.7).
  • It is prohibited – under penalty of exclusion from competition – to lock the cages with padlocks (FIFe Sow Rules - 3.7).
  • Show cages size: 55cm length x 60cm width x 65cm high. Cages do not have a full bottom only grid. Double cage for one cat is available for an additional extra fee of EUR 25/35.
  • The organizers do not provide chairs for all exhibitors.
  • All diplomas will be available on Saturday at 17.30 and on Sunday at 17.00.

Note: The organizers reserve the right to change the program of the exhibition.

 

VETERINARY CONDITIONS:

  • All cats must have a microchip (litters included), be healthy and free from infections and parasites.
  • All cats must have a pet passport.
  • All cats must be vaccinated against rabies,  respiratory viral diseases and penleucopenia at least 21 days but no more than 730 days prior to the show.
  • All white cats must have a veterinary certificate stating that the cat is not deaf. BAYER test is obligatory. (FIFe Show Rules 3.5)
  • All cats must have the tips of their nails cut before the show.

If during the show the officiating veterinary surgeon discovers a cat showing symptoms of any sickness, the cat in question, together with all other cats belonging to the same exhibitor, must be removed immediately from the show hall. (FIFe Show Rules 3.8).
