Zgłoszenia kotów przyjmowane są:
- on-line http://ekkr.miau.pl; w wyjątkowych sytuacjach na e-mail: irena.nalewaj@felispolonia.eu
- wystawcy zgłaszający kota e-mailem powinni potwierdzić czy zgłoszenie wpłynęło
- zgłoszenie kota on-line lub przesłanie zgłoszenia e-mailem jest równoznaczne z wyrażeniem zgody przez zgłaszającego na przetwarzanie i publikację danych osobowych przez Organizatora wystawy „Elitarny Klub Kota Rasowego” - zgodnie z Ustawą z dn.24.05.2018r o ochronie danych osobowych. (Dz. U. 2018 poz.1000). Dane osobowe zostaną zamieszczone w katalogu wystawy.
Przypominamy, że z dniem 01.01.2024 r. zostały zmienione klasy wystawowe.
Termin przyjmowania zgłoszeń do 06.03.2026r, do godz. 24.00. Po tym terminie nie ma możliwości wycofania kota z wystawy i zamiany kota w katalogu. W przypadku wyczerpania miejsc na hali Organizator może odmówić przyjęcia kota na Wystawę.
Opłaty za wystawę: wszystkie koty ujęte w katalogu podlegają opłacie wystawowej, nawet w przypadku absencji (art.1.15 Regulaminu Wystawowego FIFe). Opłatę za wystawę można dokonać tradycyjnym przelewem (skan dokonania przelewu musi być wysłany do klubu) na konto: mBank 05 1140 2004 0000 3102 8355 4504 do dnia 10.III.2026 lub kartą VISA, MasterCard, Maestro
W tytule opłaty należy wpisać „nazwisko i imię wystawcy” oraz „imię i przydomek kota". Opłata dodatkowa za wpłatę na wystawie: 300 zł.

Cat applications are accepted on line http://ekkr.miau.pl Exhibitors submitting a cat by e-mail should confirm whether the entry has been received. Submitting a cat online or sending an application by e-mail is equivalent to the Exhibitor's consent to the processing and publication of personal data by the Organizer of the exhibition "Elitarny Klub Kota Rasowego" - in accordance with the Act of 24.05.2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000). Personal data will be included in the exhibition catalog.
Deadline for accepting applications: until 06.03.2026, until 24.00 !!!. After this date, it is not possible to withdraw a cat from the exhibition and change a cat in the catalog.
Exhibition fees. The exhibition fee can be paid until 06.03.2026: by traditional bank transfer to the account (a scan of the transfer is required): mBank PL05114020040000310283554504 or by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. In the payment title, please enter "exhibitor's name and surname" and "cat's name and nickname". All cats listed in the catalogue are subject to an exhibition fee, even in the event of absence (article 1.15 of the FIFe Exhibition Regulations). Payment cannot be made at the show.
